Our Story
Profit Smokin BBQ LLC was founded in 2017 with a simple mission: to bring bold, authentic BBQ flavors to the heart of Louisiana. What started as a passion for slow-smoked meats and good food quickly grew into a full-time mobile catering business serving the Baton Rouge area and beyond.
Built from the ground up, Aleah Cohn-Profit and Jarris Profit began with backyard cookouts for family and friends. The word spread fast, and before we knew it, we were catering weddings, birthdays, family reunions, and community events. With every plate we serve, we pour in the same love and dedication that started it all.
Over the years, Profit Smokin BBQ has become known for not just our flavorful BBQ, but our commitment to quality service and Southern hospitality. Whether you’re grabbing a plate from our food truck or booking us for a special event, we’re proud to share a piece of our story—and our smoke—with you.
